Welcome to the Bret Lueder/Esoteric Guide web site. Here you will find a catalog of articles, interviews and other writings all pertaining in one way or another to the exploration of consciousness. From global politics to personal health and from television to spirituality, human consciousness is the key, golden thread or lynchpin unlocking all mysteries.

     What then becomes paramount to the study of consciousness is the study of music. This form of consciousness expression is all-pervasive in society today. Why? Does the music industry exist merely for entertainment purposes? Was there more to learn about music than is commonly known? Was there a hidden side to music?

     This line of research has led to the writing of the book Song in Your Heart: The Story of the Search for the Lost Note (self-published 2008). It is Volume I in the Esoteric Guide to the Reggae Vibe series and it is the story of the role of the roots reggae artist/musician within the ongoing struggle for the control of human consciousness. The importance of this role cannot be underestimated.

     After 12 years of interviews and articles describing the music, culture, history and philosophy of the roots reggae artist/musician—what I have identified in my book as an emerging faction of the Rastafari who hold universal beliefs like racial acceptance and gender equality above other such noted Rastafari dogmas as patriarchal dominance or whether or not you wear a dreadlocks hair style—I began to realize that what the roots reggae artists/musicians were saying about world affairs and the slave history of the black race was the same type of things that occult scholars like Jordan Maxwell, William Henry, Jim Marrs and Michael Tsarion, among a host of others, were saying about the situation on Earth today: That there was a battle between two or more forces, possibly between that of good and evil, over the control of human consciousness.

     Lueder has also produced two consciousness-exploring DVD’s titled the Esoteric Guide to the Bay Area UFO Expo Volumes I&II. Each two-disc set is a compilation of several interviews sampling the wide variety of speakers at the Bay Area UFO Expo. Volume I features segments with Jordan Maxwell, William Henry, Dr. Nick Begich and Stanton Friedman (6 other interviews) and Volume II features clips with Lloyd Pye, Dr. Brooks Agnew, Michael Cremo and Bill Birnes (5 other interviews).
